A small group of Warrior volunteers took part in a weekend of training in First Aid/AED/CPR at Heart Zap recently. Trainer Cathy Love led the group through detailed and hands-on instruction that included training on the use of AEDs. The team recently acquired an AED that will accompany the team during their dragon boat paddle training sessions and competition.
